Week 2

Well, it's Thursday and Ben has just collected his visa stamped passport, he has a ticket booked and will fly to Canada to be with Candice on Saturday morning - hurrah!!!  We are getting the Champagne out tonight.

Ryan is driving down to say goodbye tomorrow and we are all going out (Nan is joining us) to dinner on Friday night.

Everything else here is fairly dull compared to that news.  I have planted my tomato, chilli pepper & cucumber plants in the greenhouse.  My sweet peas are coming on well and should be ready to plant out over Easter.  Tomorrow is my last day at work before breaking for Easter, working for schools full-time is great for the holidays.    We are having some loft insulation fitted in the next couple of weeks and have to do some pretty grotty preparation work for that during the break.  Our magnolia tree is in full bloom and looking lovely (sorry don't know how to rotate the pic from my phone!).
